Altavilla Irpina, illegal constructions in protected area: 9 reported

The investigations revealed that the suspects, collaborating with each other and providing false declarations on the necessary requirements, erected three buildings in a wooded area also subject to hydrogeological constraints, without obtaining the necessary permits from the relevant authorities.

Those reported were released but were charged with illegal building and violations of environmental regulations. The Carabinieri also issued administrative fines for a total value of 5.000 euros.
