Taken to the Polfer Offices, the man continued to maintain an aggressive behavior until he was stopped after a fight. He was finally arrested for personal injury, contempt and resisting a Public Official.

The operation involved over 90 operators of the Railway Police of the Polfer Department of Naples, and was carried out simultaneously in all the main Italian railway stations by order of the Department of Public Safety.

The national plan, aimed at ensuring greater safety and preventing accidents, aimed to combat dangerous behaviour in the railway sector, such as crossing tracks, getting on or off moving trains and failing to respect level crossings, which often cause serious accidents.
