Carabinieri seize dangerous toys in Salerno 

Salerno. On the occasion of the Halloween holidays, the Carabinieri of the Anti-adulteration and Health Unit of Salerno have intensified controls to combat the trade of products for children, such as masks, skulls and lanterns, which could be dangerous for the health of consumers.

During these operations, 120 items found on the shelves of some shops in the area were seized. Valle dell'Irno and in the Piana del Sele, articles that do not comply with the safety standards established by European and national legislation, in particular due to the lack of minimum information required for consumer protection.

For these violations, two administrative fines were issued for a total of approximately 2.000 euros.
