In Chiaia, the beating heart of the nightlife, two illegal parking attendants, already repeat offenders for the same crime, were reported, while the checks led to the seizure of small quantities of drugs and the reporting of a consumer to the competent authorities.

Night clubs were also targeted: a business in via Gradini Amedeo was temporarily closed due to serious irregularities. Inspectors found health and hygiene violations, overcrowding beyond the permitted limits and the lack of traceability of over 50 kg of food products. The managers were given very heavy fines.

In the districts of Pianura and Bagnoli, the activity of the Carabinieri has intensified with the reporting of eight unauthorized parkingAlso in trouble were a 50-year-old man for driving without a license and a 57-year-old for cigarette smuggling.

In Bagnoli, 8 illegal parking attendants were reported

The situation was particularly serious in a place on Via Augusto Righi, where six illegal workers were identified. Administrative sanctions for the owner reached the record figure of 36 thousand euros. On the other hand, in Via Mandela, a supermarket was sanctioned with a fine of around 3 thousand euros for hygiene deficiencies.

Overall, the operation led to the check of over 300 people and almost 100 vehicles. Checks on the territory will continue in the coming days to ensure safety and compliance with the rules.

The Carabinieri operation in Naples seems to be a positive thing but there are always problems with illegal parking attendants who never stop bothering. Let's hope this is a step towards better security in the nightlife.
