The students, all aged between 12 and 13, were given instructions on how to touch and be touched, and how to make love to their partners; according to what they told their parents first and then in a protected form to the investigators, some of them were invited to make love to each other.

In one case, the teacher abused a student by performing oral sex on him. All behaviors that had a negative impact on the psychophysical balance of the minors, some of whom reported having nightmares and trouble sleeping.
The teacher also denigrated them when the students did not give her the answers she was hoping for, or refused to behave as she requested. They were called stupid, or in some cases received homophobic insults, while the girls were called “little dolls” if the teacher deemed them not enterprising enough.
They were threatened with failing their exams and being sent to prison, thanks to the help of a phantom policeman boyfriend, if they reported what was happening in the physical "room" and in the virtual one, a group created by the 40-year-old on Instagram where she and the kids always had conversations of a sexual nature.
The material ended up at the attention of the Carabinieri and the Torre Annunziata Prosecutor's Office, who acquired the frames and reconstructed the entire story.

“When did you first have sex?”, “When did you have your first kiss, what music do you like to play when…”. He would summon the students to the so-called 'little room' with the excuse of helping them review school subjects.
The summons, during class hours of subjects other than his, were made avoiding arousing unwelcome attention. Because in the 'little room' pornographic videos were shown even when the kids were against watching them.
Instead, she spoke explicitly about sex to the young people, sometimes summoned all together and other times in groups, and boasted about her romantic experiences, even using foul and vulgar language. The teacher sent pornographic photos to the boys via chat after having set the auto-cancellation function.
The regional school office also helped the investigation
The investigations, which benefited from the collaboration of the regional school office, according to what was announced by the prosecutor Nunzio Fragliasso, are proceeding in the round: they aim, as a necessary act, to shed light on any responsibilities on the part of the school and also on the aggression suffered by the teacher by her parents, last November 14.
“It was urgent to stop her teaching there or elsewhere – said the prosecutor of Torre Annunziata -, now we need to understand how it is possible that for a year seven minors were entrusted to a support teacher who was supposed to take care only of the student with learning difficulties: this is an aspect that needs to be explored further”.
