Naples – A few days after Rose Villain's performance on the stage of Sanremo 2025, an ice cream shop in Vomero decided to pay homage to her with a special flavor. It's called "Si 'na preta" and it's the new creation of Gelatosità, historic business on Via Mario Fiore in Vomero.
The ice cream, made with pistachio and hazelnut, is enriched with a crumble of white chocolate and cocoa, with the addition of salty biscuits that recall the consistency of stones. A choice not only of flavor, but also of homage to the aesthetics and character of the artist.
Since this morning, many have lined up to try the new product, sharing the experience on social media. “It is a variation of our taste Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, which has received numerous awards in the past,” explains Marcella Mantovani, who runs the ice cream shop with his brother Oreste. “We decided to dedicate this limited edition to Rose Villain because certain successes deserve to be celebrated. And who knows, it might even become a permanent fixture on our menu.”
The passion for music, on the other hand, is at home for Marcella. "My grandfather, Oreste Mantovani, was a musician and composer: he played piano, saxophone and clarinet, leaving a great musical heritage to SIAE. My grandmother, Anna Giobbe, was a young soprano, but her career ended too soon. My grandfather dedicated a very sweet song to her. Ave Maria. "
A combination of taste and art that is already making people talk about it, with cameras pointed at this small Neapolitan excellence.

The idea of creating an ice cream dedicated to Rose Villain is very interesting, but I think the combination of pistachio and hazelnut with salty biscuits might be a bit too strange for some. I hope people like it.
