Carabinieri officers from the Vomero Company responded last night to the San Gaetano district, surrounded by public housing complexes in the northern suburbs, following reports of several gunshots fired in the street.

Arriving near block 13, the officers cordoned off the area and recovered four 9mm shell casings embedded in the asphalt. Initial investigations revealed no damage to vehicles or building facades, and no injuries were reported to nearby emergency rooms.
