Naples. Bikers speeding by on scooters without helmets has become an everyday sight that no longer attracts attention. Many aren't even surprised when there are three people on a single moped, but they change their minds when one of the three passengers is a newborn.
It is not a hypothesis but what actually happened to Naples, a Capodichino calata, a few days ago, as reported by a motorist to the Regional Councillor of Europa Verde, Francesco Emilio Borrelli:
“I have traveled for passion more than 50 countries, I have never seen a scene like this”.
"We are truly speechless. Some people act without any criteria, putting such a small child at risk is reckless and stupid. We have reported the incident to the police and social services. We just cannot tolerate scenes like this and we are tired of seeing them, now that's enough", are the words of Borrelli and the radio host of La Radiazza Gianni Simioli.
