The former caretaker's house of the building used as a nursery school, in the Minucci complex in via Bernardo Cavallino 61, in the Arenella district, is seeing yet another case of illegal occupation of the premises.
During various inspections carried out by the competent offices, the anomalous presence was found. Moreover, the occupants did not even allow access to municipal officials.
“It is also noted, as evidence of a now unacceptable act of violation of the most basic rules regarding respect for public property, in a municipal school complex, the start of masonry work, obviously equally illegal.
These acts highlight, in the central street of the neighborhood, the attempt to consolidate behaviors that are detrimental to the interests of the community considering the building's intended use as a school, with the need for space that is now denied to children.
It is urgent, as already requested by the municipal offices, for the police to intervene to prevent the unauthorized occupation, with related illegal building works.”– declared the Councilor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli and the municipal councilor of Sole che ride Rino Nasti.
