An apartment and two girls who have each other’s backs: Lou and Tosh have no intention of giving in to a life pattern that someone else seems to have already decided for them. Other friends, like Fran, have passed through that house, then got engaged and left. Lou and Tosh stay and resist. They have their friendship and that’s enough. That’s love. “I think this work is about the impossible world young women live in,” the author explains: “They are told their goal is to find someone who loves them, and then they feel pathetic because they want to find someone who loves them. I have no idea where the desire to be loved begins or ends. I don’t know what belongs to me and what is just something that has been instilled in me.”
Ticket price: 12 euros (full price); 10 euros (reduced under 25 and over 65)
