Children's concert by Progetto Sonora and the show Solitarium by Teatrodistinto.
The sounds of countries around the world, for the little ones from 3 years old, and the dreamy atmosphere of the first feelings of love, for the older ones from 6 years old, in the artistic proposal at the Teatro dei Piccoli in Naples intended for children and families in the mornings (11 am) of Saturday 28 and Sunday 29 January 2023. In the municipal structure of viale Usodimare the programming curated by Casa del Contemporaneo/Le Nuvole, I Teatrini and Progetto Sonora, created in agreement with the Municipality of Naples and the management of the Mostra d'Oltremare, continues as usual also on weekdays for schools.
In particular, Monday 30 January at 9.30 am in the classroom of primary and lower secondary schools accompanied by their teachers.
With the children's concert RHYTHMS AND DANCES FROM THE WORLD on the morning of Saturday 28 January at 11 am, the young musicians of the Sonora Ensemble offer a fantastic journey through different musical pieces, taken from the classical, popular and jazz repertoire. An immersion in music with a listening mode entirely commensurate with the needs and listening possibilities of the little ones and inspired by the scientific theories of EEGordon, offering children and their families the joy of contact with live music.
“A workshop and a concert at the same time, with musical proposals so varied and stimulating as to constitute a complete fun and educational experience, useful also for the very young (from 3 years old) and adults. – they report in a note from Progetto Sonora – The laboratory activities for the preparation of the pieces, which will then be performed together by the musicians and the children 'directed' by educational operators, will be carried out on stage. In fact, the freedom of movement guaranteed to the children becomes fundamental, to allow them to follow the music with their bodies too”.
Sunday 29 January, again at 11 am, Teatrodistinto will be on stage with SOLITARIUM, for everyone aged 6 and up. Director and author Daniel Gol will stage the story of two human beings – played by Sebastiano Bronzato and Alessandra Francolini – who initially live separately in their own solitude, made up of daily life and routine, until a short path allows them to get closer, overcoming their shyness. “With this show we worked on the image, on the dance and on the sound – Gol reports in a note – to tell the story of the human relationship in its simplicity and purity, without the use of words, without certainties and without promises”. A show about insecurity, made of glances, sounds and movements where the audience accompanies the blossoming of a delicate love, with bated breath and so much tenderness, in which to easily recognize and identify with the fear of showing oneself to the other for fear of feeling inadequate and judged. The show will be repeated for primary and secondary schools on Monday 30 January at 9.30:XNUMX am as part of the TeatroScuolavedereFare project curated by Casa del Contemporaneo and Le Nuvole.
