From tomorrow, Saturday 27 May, we will be able to travel again from Napoli for the Aeolian Islands thanks to the fast connections of SNAV. A service that the Company has been providing since the Sixties and that this summer will also allow you to reach the fascinating Sicilian Pearls from the capital of Campania.
The service will operate from tomorrow until September 11th. In June departures are scheduled on weekends, from Friday to Sunday with last return from the Aeolian Islands on Monday. Special departures are scheduled for the June 2nd long weekend until June 5th.
From June 29th the departures will become daily until September 11th. A SNAV hydrofoil with a capacity of 284 seats will operate on the line, on which the Company ensures services characterized by traditional comfort.
Departures are scheduled at 14.30:4 p.m. from Naples Mergellina, arriving in Stromboli after 20.30 and a half hours of navigation and subsequent stops in Panarea, Salina and Vulcano before landing in Lipari at XNUMX:XNUMX p.m. From here the hydrofoil will depart the following morning to return to Naples.
The afternoon departure time from Naples becomes strategic to ensure the convenient reaching of the port of Mergellina also for travelers arriving from other Italian and European cities. In this regard, SNAV and Trenitalia have confirmed this year the integrated Train + Ship ticket that will allow passengers to travel with a single coupon from any Italian city connected to Naples with High Speed, Intercity and Regional.
With the fast connection between Naples and the Aeolian Islands, Snav wants to support local tourism operators and give its contribution to the development of the tourist economy of the islands. The Company is among the partners of numerous events that will liven up life in the Aeolian Islands this summer and among these currently confirmed are the 'Marosi Festival Stromboli' from 24 June to 3 July, 'Eolie Music Fest' from 30 June to 7 July, the 'Premio Stromboli' from 12 to 17 July, the 'Festa Teatro Eco Logico' in Stromboli from 24 June to 03 July and the 'Opere Magiche a Stromboli' from 9 to 11 September.
