Con la pubblicazione sui social del videospot “Ogni cosa è possibile”, in cui una Bianchina rompe il silenzio della controra di un piccolo paese, si avvicina la seconda edizione del Cilento Fest – Cinema e Borghi che si terrà dal 17 al 20 agosto nel borgo di Perito (Salerno). Quattro giorni di proiezioni, concerti, spettacoli, mostre, presentazioni di libri e tanto altro ancora.
The direction is by Max De Francesco, the organization is by the publishing company Iuppiter – in collaboration with the association I Disinvolti, Lama Film and the Pro Loco of Perito – the artistic committee is formed by the producer Gianluca Arcopinto, the producer Cesare Apolito, the actor Bruno Cariello and the director Andrea D'Ambrosio.
It starts on August 17th with the show by Maurizio Lastrico entitled “Lasciate ogni menata voi che ingressi”, a show “sold out” throughout Italy; On August 18th it will be Rocco Papaleo’s turn to present his “interior” cinema of the villages with the screening of his latest film “Scordato”. A “surprise” evening that will also see the participation of the actor Giovanni Esposito, who will be awarded, like Papaleo, with the special Cilento Fest 2023 prize.
Among the events not to be missed: “Viva Lina!”, a tribute to Lina Wertmüller; “Perché di Troisi ce n'è solo uno”, an evening dedicated to Massimo with the screening of the film “Laggiù qualcuno mi ama” by Mario Martone and a meeting with the screenwriter and writer Anna Pavignano; the show “Ciak si Ascolta” by the international soprano Desire Capaldo.
The final evening of August 20th will feature a rich lineup of protagonists, hosted by Laura Cocozza and Espedito Pistone, with the proclamation of the winning film of the “Gran Premio Cilento Fest – Cinema e Borghi 2023” and the delivery of other awards. Speakers will include: Zavvo Nicolosi, Anna Pavignano, Carmine Padula, Piero Cannizzaro, Sante Massimo Lamonaca, Monica Sarnelli, Yari Gugliucci, Sara Mortensen, Massimo Wertmüller. During the evening, connections with Madame, Colapesce and Dimartino and artistic interludes by the “Rossini duo” Demetrio Massimo Trotta and Lucio Grimaldi, pianist Federico Cirillo, actor Bruno Cariello and American singer Leslie Austin on tour in Cilento.
