Campi Flegrei Earthquake: High Schools Reopen Tomorrow in Pozzuoli and Also in Bagnoli

After the precautionary closure for checks following the earthquakes that affected the Campi Flegrei, tomorrow some schools will reopen a Pozzuoli and in the Neapolitan neighborhood of Bagnoli.

The mayor of Pozzuoli, Luigi Manzoni, signed an order which provides for the partial revocation of the previous closure order, allowing the resumption of activities in secondary schools within the competence of the Metropolitan City of Naples, in the institutes Saint Joseph and De Santis, is in the Cultural Center of Palazzo Toledo. For the others schools In the municipality, however, lessons will remain suspended for an additional day.

A Naples, Mayor Gaetano Manfredi, after an inspection of the schools of the 10th Municipality and a summit with the Civil Protection, announced the Reopening of all schools and colleges from Monday 17 March.

“The safety works were completed in record time to allow lessons to resume as quickly as possible,” Manfredi declared, thanking workers, technicians, school managers and Civil Protection operators for the work done.
