After having the Champions League logo tattooed, Giovanni Simeone, the Napoli striker, has added a new commemorative tattoo to his body: the third Scudetto in the history of the Neapolitan club. The Argentine has chosen to have the tricolor won last season drawn on his right leg, accompanied by the words “Campioni d'Italia”.
This work was done by tattoo artist Valentino Russo.Despite Osimhen's injury, Simeone has been relegated to the bench in recent games, but could have a chance to play against Milan.
Born in 1985, Simeone was purchased by Napoli on 18 August 2022 on loan for €3,5 million, with a buy-out option set at €12 million. On 15 June 2023, Napoli exercised the buy-out option and the player signed a contract that will tie him to the club until 2026, with an option to extend until 2027.
He wears the number 18 shirt. In his first season, he made 33 appearances and scored 9 goals between the league and the Champions League.
This year he has 11 appearances and one goal under his belt.
