A maxi illegal villa con tanto di piscina e giardino è stata sequestrata questa mattina dalla Polizia Municipale di arcade, on the orders of Captain Gaetano D'Esposito.
The operation took place in front of the Town Hall on Via Campitelli, where the officers sealed off an area of over six hundred square meters.
The intervention was started following a report. On site, the agents found a construction site in full swing, with building materials already ready for use.
In addition to the swimming pool, built with a brick and iron structure, two prefabricated wooden structures and a pergola awning closed on the sides were also found, inside which a kitchen had been set up complete with connections for water, electricity and gas.
All the works were without any authorization. The area, originally used as a citrus grove, had also been paved with an unauthorized change of use.
I proprietari dell’area, che fa parte di una villa più grande, sono stati denunciati per le violazioni urbanistiche e il cantiere è stato posto sotto sequestro. L’ufficio tecnico del Comune sta ora predisponendo l’order di ripristino immediato dello stato dei luoghi.
The seizure operation is part of the intensified controls on city construction sites, ordered by the municipal administration to combat the phenomenon of illegal building, particularly widespread in areas subject to landscape restrictions.
