Naples, yet another story of criminal love in the Case Nuove area. Ciro Marigliano Junior, 34-year-old son of the boss Ciro Marigliano, was arrested by the Police on a custody order for a series of mistreatments against his wife, which continued for years.
The turning point in the investigation came last February, when the high school daughter from Marigliano told her teachers about the violence she had suffered from her mother. The teachers immediately informed the police, who began the investigation.
The investigation, as reported by Roma on newsstands today, was conducted by the police officers of the Vasto-Arenaccia Police Station. In the space of a few months, they managed to reconstruct the story and ascertain the responsibilities of the 34-year-old, who was arrested and taken to prison.
During the preliminary hearing, Marigliano Junior, defended by lawyers Carlo Ercolino and Leopoldo Perone, admitted his guilt, explaining that he has been a drug addict for a long time and suffers from some psychiatric pathologies, for which he is undergoing treatment.
