The hearing was held before the Single Judge of the Court of Benevento the trial against Renzo Ruggiero, 54 from Airola, Michelina Ciaramella, 50 from Airola and Francesca Ruggiero, 24 from Airola, accused of injuries, threats and insults in competition with each other for events that occurred in Airola in 2019 against a minor who joined the civil action, first through his mother and then personally.
The prosecutor had requested a sentence of 8 months in prison and a 500 euro fine for each defendant. The single judge, accepting the arguments of the lawyer Vittorio Fucci and the lawyer Daniela Martino, acquitted Ruggiero Renzo, Ciaramella Michelina and Ruggiero Francesca of all the crimes.
