Naples. In Ponticelli, a major operation by the Municipal Police took place this morning, coordinated by Marshals Foti and Galdiero present on site, aimed at removing abandoned vehicles.
The officers coordinated by their commander Captain Avolio carried out checks on the cars, removing all the abandoned cars.
Satisfaction of the citizens who have finally seen entire areas freed up, as well as the sidewalks illegally occupied by some bullies who had left their no longer running vehicles parked for years.
Complaints obviously from the owners of abandoned cars who did not like the removal of their vehicles but wanted to continue to unduly occupy public land to the detriment of the many honest citizens who, through their fault, could not find parking.
At one point a boy got out into the street, claiming that two cars could not be touched because one belonged to his mother and the other to his father.

Marshals Foti and Galdiero were not intimidated in the slightest and immediately took action remove the two cars.
A team was also on site to clean the road and sidewalk. In fact, garbage had accumulated under the abandoned cars. The road and sidewalk were not only swept, but also washed and disinfected.
This morning the State showed its presence in Ponticelli thanks to the upright work of its professional and competent agents.
At 11:30 am, eight cars and a moped had been towed away.
The removal operations continue without stopping until all the cars abandoned on the site have been removed. (Gio.Co.)
