Building collapses in Saviano: 6 people under the rubble

Saviano, Shortly after 8 this morning in via Tappia 5, in Saviano a building collapsed, probably due to the explosion of a gas cylinder. It is a two-story building.

According to initial investigations, the explosion occurred on the second floor, in the home of an elderly person.

On the first floor instead lives a family of 5 people (husband, wife and three children). They are all under the rubble.

At the moment you can hear some voices coming from the area. The Carabinieri and firefighters together with civil protection, the municipal police.

The municipal administrators of Saviano were also on site to get news of their fellow citizens and closely follow the recovery operations of the people who are under the rubble
