On Friday, November 8, the Domus Ars in Naples will open its doors at 19:XNUMX p.m. for a unique musical evening, part of the “Tutta un'altra musica” festival promoted by the Fondazione Il Canto di Virgilio. The Duo Nuances, formed by Michele De Martino and Salvatore Della Vecchia, will perform with the intent of celebrating and rediscovering the extraordinary expressive capabilities of the mandolin. With a repertoire that ranges from masters such as Beethoven, Bach and Chopin, the evening promises to be a fascinating journey through different musical eras.
A weekend of musical emotions
The following day, Saturday 9 November, again at 19 pm, it will be Luca Signorini and Paola Volpe’s turn to enchant the audience. This cellist-pianist duo will present the concert “Le forme dei emozioni”, a refined exploration of the romantic tones of composers such as Schumann and Debussy, culminating with César Franck’s Sonata in A major. The Domus Ars, until 6 December, will give life to a lively series of shows, a true tribute to the diversity and richness of music. Ensembles, actors, soloists, choral groups and conductors will accompany the audience in unrepeatable sensory experiences.
Scheduled events
The program is enriched with unmissable events: on November 15th there will be “Off Side Story”, a revisited version of the famous “West Side Story” with live music by pianist Enrico Fagnoni, accompanied by the narrative voice of Stefano Valanzuolo. The musical journey continues on November 16th with “La suave melodia” by Ensemble 33, which will transport the audience to Naples in the 500th and 600th centuries.
