The Carabinieri of the Frigento station have notified a 44-year-old of an order implementing the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching places frequented by the victim, issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Avellino at the request of the Irpinia Prosecutor's Office.
The judges also ordered the application of the so-called electronic bracelet. The precautionary measure was made necessary following repeated threatening and aggressive conduct that the man allegedly carried out towards a woman.
According to the reconstruction by the Carabinieri, the 43-year-old allegedly bothered and tormented the victim. The man will now be forced to keep an appropriate distance from her, set by the judge, and will no longer be able to approach the places usually frequented by the woman
Any violations of the ban may also be detected thanks to the electronic device that the judges have ordered to be applied.
