This is the measure carried out by the Carabinieri in Scafati, in the province of Salerno, against a man who was the recipient of an order issued by the investigating judge of the Nocera Inferiore Court at the request of the Nocera Prosecutor's Office.
According to the reconstruction of the investigations, the man was responsible for several episodes of mistreatment towards his ex-wife. The provision issued by the investigating judge provides for the precautionary measure of the prohibition of approaching the injured party.
