For the Champions League match between Napoli and Arsenal, scheduled for 9 pm on September 21, Trenitalia and local authorities have organized special services on Line 2 to make it easier for spectators to get home.

Napoli-Arsenal: Extra subway services to manage the outflow of fans
To facilitate the outflow of fans after the Champions League match Napoli-Arsenal, which will be played on Wednesday 9 September at the Diego Armando Maradona stadium at 21 pm, five extraordinary metro services have been scheduled on Line 2 of the Naples metro.
The initiative, coordinated by Trenitalia in collaboration with the Campania Region and the Municipality of Naples, provides for an overall increase of 2.500 seats available on trains departing from Naples Campi Flegrei station in the direction of San Giovanni-Barra.
The goal is to reduce queues and improve sustainable mobility by encouraging advance ticket purchases via digital channels, such as websites, apps, and e-ticketing, to limit paper use.
During the event, the Naples Piazza Garibaldi and Naples Campi Flegrei stations will be staffed by FS customer service staff and security personnel, who, in collaboration with law enforcement, will ensure that only ticket holders can board trains.
The Napoli Campi Flegrei ticket office will remain open until the end of the match, while the Piazza Leopardi station will be closed from 10:00 PM. These measures are intended to ensure an orderly and safe flow of people from the Fuorigrotta neighborhood, where the stadium is located.
