NapoliYesterday afternoon, officers from the General Prevention Office, during their territorial control service, while passing through via Taddeo da Sessa at the corner with Corso Meridionale, noticed a man with a bag in his hand who, at the sight of them, quickly closed the door of a parked vehicle and moved away to evade the control.
The police, after a few meters, reached him and stopped him and found, inside the bag, a car stereo and a series of burglary tools; furthermore, they ascertained that the man had removed the stereo from the car near which he had been noticed shortly before.
ML, a 50-year-old Moroccan with a police record and an illegal immigrant on national territory, was arrested for aggravated theft, while the stolen goods were returned to their rightful owner.
