More and more, social media are becoming a place of proliferation of trends that then become among the most popular on the web, as well as a stage for the birth of new realities that emerge in the current panorama; a certainly particular context that we are talking about, which allows to reach a very large target audience in a decidedly limited time.
We take Instagram for example: it is not only a place for sharing photos, as one might imagine, but also a scenario within which extremely interesting realities come to light. Even, perhaps, in the field of current local comedy.
It is the case of Daniel Varvaro, famous on social media for his particular ability with voices as well as for his comic stories that bring a smile to thousands of users every day; in some cases, even hundreds of thousands, as happened with some of his videos that went viral reaching a million views. view.
He himself explains how the idea of bringing comedy with voices and dubbing into a context like Instagram, more suited to images, was born:
“It actually started as a game, I do it for fun. I started dubbing some real life scenes creating funny gags on my Instagram profile (https://www.instagram.com/danielevarvaro_/). From there everything grew enormously and naturally.”
Because today the voices, the comedy, the comic dubbing and the stories of Daniele, in reality are followed by thousands of people. Funny, hilarious scenes, that are inspired by funny situations of everyday life or that come directly from fictional characters created by Varvaro himself.
“I have created several characters, each with their own voice and characteristics. Among the most well-known are 'the grandfather' who dispenses advice, a character thanks to whom it happens that someone stops me in the street after recognizing me; and then the missionary, Jonathan and others.”
Some of these stories, as mentioned, have literally gone viral on Instagram and have been shared by thousands of profiles, as well as viewed by a huge number of users:
"This is the case, for example, of the scene of a tennis player with a boy, the ball boy, who while passing the ball falls awkwardly. Well, I start from scenes like that and then I go to insert a funny dubbing. That video (https://www.instagram.com/p/CLeKggpIrmQ/ ) was perhaps the most viewed of all those made by me, it exceeded a million views.”
A comedy that has gone viral and has also opened many doors to Daniele Varvaro, who however prefers to continue living this attitude of his as a passion and fun:
“Yes, I have to say that thanks to these stories I am contacted by many people and many doors have opened for me. I look around but basically for me it remains a huge fun: I like what I do and it makes me happy, knowing that many people go to my profile every day to have a laugh is, for me, the most important thing.”
