Portici. A transversal message, but not too much, the wounding of the woman that occurred this morning in viale Melina already has a possible explanation.
The injured woman is in fact Giuseppina Zeno, 43 years old, with a criminal record, sister of a boss of the Vollaro clan, Gennaro Zeno. The woman was rescued and taken to the hospital, where she was treated and released with a 20-day prognosis.
She was sitting on a chair, in front of a boutique in arcade, when it was hit by a bullet.
A gunshot was fired from a motorcycle with two men on it, hitting the woman in the leg. The clothing store is in a very crowded area, on Viale Melina, not far from Viale Liberta', and the shot created fear among the people.
Police on site and police for the first surveys. The motive is unclear. And the doubt is whether she is the real recipient of the warning; even if the possibility of mistaken identity is not completely ruled out.
