Aggressione choc al Emergency room dell’Ospedale San Rocco di Sessa Aurunca: due medici e un infermiere sono stati injured da un uomo, familiare di un paziente deceduto poco prima.
A 45-year-old local man, already known to the police, broke into the Emergency Room, attacking and beating the medical staff.
The attack occurred suddenly: the man, after hearing the news of the death of his father who was hospitalized, forced the door of the Emergency Room and attacked the doctors and nurses present, beating them savagely.
After the attack, the man walked away threatening to kill those present
I Carabinieri of the Company of Sessa Aurunca, led by Captain Russo, intervened promptly and reconstructed the facts.
Thanks to the testimonies and images from the security cameras, the military identified and reported the 45-year-old at large.
Yet another episode of violence
Unfortunately, this is not the first time that healthcare workers at San Rocco Hospital have been attacked.
