Today, Secondigliano it was at the center of an extraordinary territorial control operation conducted by the State Police with reports, seizures and sanctions.
The officers of the Secondigliano Police Station, in collaboration with the Municipal Police (Building Protection, Motorcyclists and Lawyer units), the ASL Napoli 1 Center (Collective Prevention and Veterinary Service) and Enel technicians carried out in-depth checks in various areas of the zone. Also on the field were the Nibbio of the General Prevention and Public Rescue Office.
During the operation, 35 people were identified, 14 of whom had criminal records, and 10 vehicles were checked, three of which were subjected to administrative seizure and one to administrative detention. 10 violations of the Highway Code were also contested.
During the course of the activities, i Checks also involved four commercial activities. The owners were fined for illegal occupation of public land, failure to separate waste, violations regarding noise impact, installation of advertising signs without authorization and serving food and drinks without the necessary permits.
In particular, one of them was reported for violation of seals and building abuse: he had completed a previously seized structure and had used it as a room for the serving of food and drinks.
The operation also led to the reporting of a subject for driving without a license, repeated in the two-year period, and to the seizure of 90 kg of untraceable food.
This activity demonstrates the commitment of law enforcement in ensuring legality and security on the territory.
