Casavatore – Local elections: the pact between the Democratic Party, M5S and civic lists was signed with the unknown Fabrizio Celaj and Marco Capparone. The problem is that it is one thing to think about alliances, but another to actually make them.
The life of the previous and past city government has already highlighted that on the one hand there is strong mistrust between the parties, linked to differences in political culture and a long-standing mutual hostility; on the other hand, the 5 Star Movement is heterogeneous internally, with a component undoubtedly closer to the PD, but nevertheless with other components that are distant from it also in terms of opinions on the main political issues and not only.
So here we are, back to square one. What will the grillini do, who have always declared themselves against dirty votes and some Casavatore potentates, who in fact determined the dissolution of the municipality for mafia reasons in 2015? It is clear that for the PD the only possible strategy is to invest in the former, rather than trying to win over the Capparone-Orefice duo (on the home straight with the PD) who have been busy for months with bilateral meetings, also with Vito Marino, who has now been forgotten despite having a large electoral following.
Unknown, therefore, in the "Holy" alliance for the entry of the Green Left and for the possible backtracking that the lawyer Celaj should do in substitution of a civic name that everyone can agree on.
