Moschiano – A serious accident at work occurred late yesterday afternoon at a construction site for the cleaning of the Regi Lagni, in the municipality of Moschiano, in the province of Avellino.

According to initial reconstructions, the man got his left leg stuck in a mechanical shearing machine. The alarm was raised immediately and the 118 paramedics intervened on the spot, stabilizing the worker before urgently transporting him to the hospital in Nola.
The sixty-two-year-old's condition immediately appeared critical, so much so that doctors feared the risk of amputation of the lower limb. Currently, the man is hospitalized and undergoing intensive care.
