Houses for sale in Caserta. In Pietramelara, houses for sale at the symbolic price of 1 euro to revive the historic village
This is the initiative undertaken by the Municipality of Pietramelara that invites the owners of abandoned and desolate homes in the historic center to sell them at a symbolic price. Pietramelara joins a series of small and medium-sized villages in Campania that over the years have identified this path for the redevelopment of ancient centers.
Owners who intend to join the project of the Municipality express their adhesion to the initiative by declaring their will and availability to sell the property for one euro by giving written notice to the Municipality of Pietramelara using the appropriate form. The buyer declares his interest in purchasing and renovating the property made available, giving notice to the Municipality of Pietramelara using the appropriate official communication.
The buyer has the following obligations: to pay the expenses related to the regular transfer of ownership of the property (e.g. notary, tax, transfer, any building amnesties); to complete the stipulation of the sales contract with the seller and to establish the surety bond in favor of the Municipality, in the amount of 5.000 euros, within three months of the official communication of assignment of the property; to prepare and deposit at the Technical Office of the Municipality the project for the renovation, conservative recovery and redevelopment of the acquired property, within and no later than one year from the stipulation of the sales contract with the seller; to begin the works within and no later than two years from the date of purchase of the property.
