Once the police entered, they surprised 59 people sitting at the tables, ascertaining that a party was underway, and sanctioned them for non-compliance with anti-Covid-19 measures.

The owner, a 61-year-old Neapolitan, was reported for failure to communicate the people staying to the Public Security Authority and fined for failure to comply with anti-Covid-19 measures; finally, the hotel was ordered to close for 1 day.
