On Sunday afternoon, the officers of the Pozzuoli Police Station, during the territorial control service, on the orders of the Operations Center, intervened at a hotel in via Cicerone in Bacoli following a report of numerous people who were having lunch inside the building.
Once the police entered, they surprised 59 people sitting at the tables, ascertaining that a party was underway, and sanctioned them for non-compliance with anti-Covid-19 measures.

- agents they identified the owner of the facility who, when asked to provide the names of the guests, admitted that he had not registered any guests and had only written down their names summarily on a sheet of paper since he had applied the “day use” formula for some rooms.
The owner, a 61-year-old Neapolitan, was reported for failure to communicate the people staying to the Public Security Authority and fined for failure to comply with anti-Covid-19 measures; finally, the hotel was ordered to close for 1 day.
