Yesterday the officers of the San Carlo Arena Police Station and the Local Police, with the support of the Nibbio and the Canine Units of the General Prevention Office and the crews of the Campania Crime Prevention Department, carried out an extraordinary territorial control service in the Sanità district.
During the operation, 125 people were identified, 62 vehicles were checked, 5 of which were subjected to administrative seizure for lack of insurance coverage, and 15 violations of the Highway Code were contested for driving without a license, lack of insurance coverage, issuing fines for a total of 8.000 euros.

In the evening, the police officers, during a check in via Antonio Villari at the home of a man under house arrest for drug-related crimes, noticed a person who, with a cautious attitude, was leaving the apartment with something in his hand and stopped him, finding him in possession of a package with 0,3 grams of cocaine.
Furthermore, in the house, they found a video surveillance system with 3 cameras that framed the external perimeter of the building, a precision scale and 1715 euros.
Pasquale Ventre, a 30-year-old from Naples, was arrested for drug dealing, while the buyer was administratively fined for possession of drugs for personal use.
