Anti-drug operation in Nocera Inferiore: drug dealer arrested
Iyou were April 27th, in Nocera Inferiore, the staff of the local Police Station has put a stop to a flourishing drug dealing activity in that city centre. The police officers, alerted by confidential news, carried out a secret stakeout and tailing activity which culminated in the arrest, in flagrante delicto, for possession for the purpose of shop of NM, 33 years old from Nocera, with a criminal record for specific crimes.
The aforementioned, following a personal and local search, was found in possession of: no. 8 blocks of hashish with a total weight of 800 grams; no. 4 packages containing a narcotic substance such as cocaine, with a total weight of 28.9 grams; no. 1 precision scale; no. 1 notebook containing notes attributable to the criminal activity as well as the sum of Euro 16.150 (sixteen thousand one hundred and fifty) in banknotes of various denominations, all seized, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
The narcotic substance was found, partly hidden on the person arrested and partly kept inside a portable refrigerator, hidden in a cellar belonging to the person's home and of which the person arrested, being in possession of the keys, had access. It should also be noted that inside the searched premises, numerous medium-large sized packages were found, presumably used to transport considerable quantities of narcotics.
In-depth info-investigative investigations are underway, which will be delegated by the AG aimed at tracing the connections and contacts of the arrested person with any other subjects promoting or supporting the same criminal activity. NM, at the end of the formal procedures, was transferred, at the disposal of the AG at the prison of Bellizzi Irpino (AV).
