The investigating judge Francesca Firrao has ordered the precautionary measure against: Benedetta Calabrese (30), from Nocera Superiore (Salerno); Marco Cardone (40), from Barletta (Bari); Antonio Di Lollo (55), from San Ferdinando in Puglia (Foggia); Andrea Di Leo (36), resident in Budapest (Hungary); Giovanni Faranda (59), from San Maurizio Canavese (Turin); Maurizio Greco (49) from Turin; Giovanni Insinga (46), from Chieri (Turin); Mauro Losapio (44), from Trinitapoli (Barletta); Aldo Maria Mancino (36), from Nocera Inferiore (Salerno); Luciano Molino (49), from Napoli; Nicodemo Papandrea (51), from Cirie' (Turin), Giuseppe Alessandro Salvati (47), from Ottaviano (Naples); Ilario Sapere (32), from Turin; Massimo Scavone (50), from Venaria Reale (Turin); and Gennaro Vicidomini (36), from Nocera Inferiore (Salerno). Five more arrests were ordered by the German authorities.
Maxi scam white certificates, Codacons: "We will constitute ourselves as injured party"
Codacons will be an injured party in the investigation into the mega-fraud in the energy sector conducted by the Guardia di Finanza of Aosta. Furthermore, the association will initiate a class action in favor of all damaged consumers. This is what is stated in a note from Codacons. "The illicit acts contested by the judiciary would have led to an illicit increase in energy bills to the detriment of users, forced to pay higher bills due to the scams implemented on the front of energy efficiency certificates. A damage of millions and millions of euros for families".
