Naples, A policeman from the San Giovanni a Teduccio police station was on the payroll of the Silence clan of Taverna del Ferro.

Nunziato's repentance in 2016 allowed the arrest of the baby boss Gaetano Formicola, known as o' chiatto, and his cousin Giovanni Tabasco, known as birillino, the perpetrator of the massacre and destruction of the body of 19-year-old Vincenzino Amendola, guilty of having a relationship with the mother of Gaetano Formicola, son of the imprisoned boss Antonio Formicola.

Nunziato repented because he feared he would meet the same fate as Amendola. After a long interrogation at the police station, the young man revealed to the investigators the place where his friend had been buried.
