Monsignor Antonio Di Donna is the Acerrano of the year 2021. “For the community’s leadership role in a difficult transition year marked by the fight against the virus, social inequalities and for the right to life in the environmental battle.”
These are the reasons why the judging committee of the Acerrano Award of the Year awarded the recognition to His Excellency the Most Reverend Monsignor Antonio Di Donna.
"This event that marks the greeting to the new year is the occasion to celebrate those personalities, associations or entities that have done their utmost and have brought prestige to our city. In the past editions we have celebrated science, the solidarity chain or essential economic sectors, in this one, as a long thread that brings us back to our roots, it was natural to honor a person who has been fighting for years for the rebirth of our community", comments the creator of the award Michele Paolella.

The award ceremony will take place on Thursday, December 30, 2021 at 19:XNUMX pm at Casa Teatro Germani Pulcrano.
