Confcommercio Campania with Fipe Innovation Academy proposes a training course, with the aim of providing entrepreneurs with knowledge and skills in the management of innovative Digital Transformation tools for catering, through the application of digital techniques that integrate with traditional techniques, to reach optimal solutions.
Three meetings of two hours each, scheduled for Wednesday 16, Tuesday 22 February and Thursday 3 March, at 15 pm, on the zoom platform.
Using a problem-solving approach, the methodology is based on the idea of bringing together entrepreneurs in the restaurant and food sector with cutting-edge start-ups and SMEs that have developed innovative models for digital marketing.
Together with industry experts, various topics will be explored: artificial intelligence in the retail sector, emerging technologies, new in-store and out-of-store consumer experiences, digital advice and solutions for new trends, online and offline communication, video content optimization, digital food and food strategy, phygital sales, and much more.
