Naples. Pusher with no criminal record caught in front of a school in Scampia, 100 grams of marijuana seized.
The 23-year-old from Secondigliano with no criminal record who was arrested yesterday evening by the Carabinieri of the Naples Marianella station will have to answer for drug possession with the aggravating circumstance of having committed the crime near a school.
The Carabinieri stopped him in via Labriola. He was on board his car near theGalileo Ferraris School Institute, open for evening classes, when he was caught just before giving a dose to a student of the Itis. Searched, the 23-year-old was found in possession of the sum of 40 euros in cash and various doses of marijuana for a total weight of 25 grams.
The Carabinieri decided to extend the search to the young man's home and other items were found and seized there. 75 grams of the same substance. Same fate for a precision scale and another 140 euros.
The arrested man is awaiting trial.
