For the death of the DJ from Casoria, Filippo Marziatico, known as Flip Master, six rescuers have been registered as suspects on charges of manslaughter.
This is an act required by the Prosecutor's Office of North Naples in view of the assignment of the task to a consultant scheduled for next Tuesday, July 26, in the offices of Aversa.
The prosecutor in charge of the investigation has registered six people in the register of suspects in the investigation into the death of Filippo Marziatico, the 20-year-old DJ who died last July 8th in the hospital of frattamaggiore where he had arrived after having caused burns on his body while lighting a barbecue.
The registration in the register of suspects (against whom the crime of manslaughter is alleged) of those who provided assistance to the young man is a necessary act preparatory to the assignment of the task to a consultant scheduled for next Tuesday 26 July in the offices of the Demand.
Last July 12, the young man's father, Joseph Marziatico, through its lawyers, the alawyers Sergio and Angelo Pisani, presented a request to the investigators asking for the exhumation of his son and an autopsy, and launched thoughtful accusations against the health workers.
The consultant appointed by the deputy prosecutor Patricia Dongiacomo, the doctor Louis Barbato, will be charged with evaluating the medical documentation relating to Filippo's hospitalization and death and also the possibility of proceeding with a non-repeatable technical assessment through the exhumation of the body and the autopsy.
