The closing moments for the Fabula Prize, the Children's Writing Festival scheduled until Friday 2 September in Bellizzi.
After yesterday's double with Gianluca Impastato and Gaetano Pecoraro, tomorrow, Thursday 1 September, it's the turn of Maurizio Casagrande. Among the most beloved interpreters of Italian comedy, he has built a successful career in cinema, television and Italian theatre, but above all he is the son of Eduardo's student, Antonio Casagrande, who passed away just a month ago, in whose memory the storytellers (the youngest, from 8 to 15 years old) and the creatives (from 15 years old and up) will pay homage during the meeting in the Arena Troisi (via Bixio, at 20 pm).
For the over 400 participants of the XII edition of the Festival, Fabula will begin at 15:17 pm, when, in the Council Chamber (Via Manin) they will meet the men of the Postal Police. From XNUMX:XNUMX pm they will move to the Arena to listen to and "interrogate" Camillo Catarozzo, President of Banca Campania Centro, Luigino Bruni, economist and full professor at LUMSA, Nello Scavo, investigative journalist who over the years has investigated organized crime and global terrorism, signing reports from many hot spots such as the former Yugoslavia, Southeast Asia, the countries of the former USSR, Latin America, the Horn of Africa and the Maghreb.
In the evening, in Piazza del Popolo, at 20.30 pm, the delivery of the castelletto to all the protagonists and the assignment of three special mentions to as many storytellers of Fabula 2022: the award will be collected by Camilla Marotta (with “Le tre volpi e la festa monstroosa”), Ludovica Stellaccio (with “La dolce bulla”) and Giulia Tallarino (with “Una nuova moda”).
