Qualiano. The Carabinieri arrive at a home to quell a family fight but discover a small laboratory for the production of Indian hemp: a 28-year-old with no criminal record arrested.
It happened in Qualiano, in the province of Naples. The Carabinieri of the Giugliano radiomobile section were alerted for a violent family fight but when they entered the house they smelled an unmistakable odor of Indian hemp.
The military then searched the house and found and seized inside the bedroom of the man with no criminal record a one-and-a-half-meter-tall Indian hemp plant and 10 jars containing marijuana for a total of 256 grams.
The fight was resolved while the young man was arrested for the production and illegal possession of narcotics. He is now awaiting trial.
