Complaints have arrived against TikToker Rita De Crescenzo after the inauguration of her shop which threw an unauthorized street party blocking several areas near Piazza Garibaldi.
But threats also arrived from the son who in a video (without naming names) points to the two alleged accusers of his mother and makes the gesture of squashing them with his foot as is usually done with cockroaches.
The illegal party organized without any permit blocking the traffic by blocking via Benedetto Cairoli and the streets surrounding Piazza Garibaldi has also come to the attention of the magistrates and the police after the numerous protests of honest citizens and what they had to suffer from the situation such as some ambulances and some citizens headed to the hospital for treatment.
Even the association Nessuno Tocchi Ippocrate, which deals with healthcare problems in Campania, raised its voice: “Unfortunately we return to talk about Rita De Crescenzo. For years we have been asking for protection for health workers, today we ask to apply the Law, an unauthorized demonstration does not respect article 18 of the TULPS which states: The promoters of a meeting in a public place or open to the public, must give notice, at least three days in advance, to the Police Commissioner”.
The police had to intervene to free buses and cars of residents blocked by uncivilized people who had implemented the wild parking creating chaos. Hundreds of people arrived with scooters without helmets and even with small children in tow. The police intervened on site to avoid further problems. The illegal performance, in addition to blocking traffic and the case, also meant that the road on which it took place remained completely dirty.
“With his carnival he dirtied the whole street outside his shop and then in the previous videos he complained that Asia didn't come by to clean it up…”, explained a citizen to the regional councilor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli who has received dozens of reports from exasperated residents and citizens who have remained stuck in the chaos and who are very worried about what this individual has done and will be able to do that is negative in the neighborhood.
Now the municipal administration has decided to proceed with the complaints regarding the blocking of a road without authorization, even with bands and red carpets placed along the road axis.
"Naples cannot belong to those who take it personally. I spoke with Councilor De Iesu who confirmed that there was no permit to close the road and that the municipality is proceeding with a series of reports and complaints. It is unacceptable that these individuals who do not follow any rules or laws can do whatever they want with impunity. As long as there is tolerance towards blatantly uncivilized and illegal behavior done in broad daylight, the degradation will be unstoppable", declares Borrelli.
