DAZN announces it will refund customers for the disruptions register, starting this week, while a new operational group will be launched at the same time to monitor the service.

“At the request of all the institutions present, DAZN has assured that it will take action, without waiting for a request from users, to automatically correspond to all those impacted a quarter of the monthly subscription".
“The compensation will be made by crediting the amount according to the payment methods chosen by each customer or by issuing vouchers. The refund procedure will be activated starting this week and will be completed by the beginning of February. Each affected user will receive a communication confirming the refund to the email address associated with their account”.
