Arzano. Welcome to the land of illegality.
There are dozens and dozens of reports from citizens who go to the cemetery on Via Porziano to report that the space in front of the cemetery owned by the municipality of Arzano is constantly patrolled by a massive presence of illegal parking attendants and florists who have taken over the area for parking purposes.
Every day, those who go to the consortium that also includes the municipalities of Casavatore and Casoria for the commemoration of their deceased, for several years, have also found themselves having to deal with local crime that can count, through its followers and relatives, on very respectable earnings. For weeks now, the area has become particularly unlivable.
The florists, some of whom have no authorization to occupy public land, have moved their stands for sales to the emergency exit of the parking lot and transformed the remaining part into a paid parking area by individuals who appear to be totally unpunished. Meanwhile, on the very central street Napoli the illegal stalls have returned.
