Three people were placed under house arrest and one was ordered to remain at home following investigations by the Flying Squad of Benevento regarding what happened in July 2021 when one of the suspects - according to investigators - fired gunshots at the home of a neighbor of the woman to whom he had been romantically linked.
The restrictive measure was issued by the investigating judge of the Court of Benevento, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office headed by Aldo Policastro, against four people, aged between 33 and 54, residing in the provinces of Benevento and Avellino. As part of the notification of the measures, the agents also seized 16 kilograms of marijuana, hidden in a farmhouse frequented by the four, and intended for dealing.
