An acquittal and a conviction.
This is the outcome of the trial held with the forms of the ordinary procedure for the other two boys, one from Capua, Grieco Giuseppe, defended by the lawyer Fenderico Giuseppe, and another from Palermo, Cusimani Giacomo Prestianni, defended by the lawyer Maria Mannino, of the Palermo bar, accused of aggravated defamation through Facebook and aggravated threats, together with a third, from Naples, Berrettino Luigi, who had been fully acquitted of all the crimes attributed to him, at the end of the discussion of the trial according to the forms of the abbreviated procedure (which was requested and obtained by the Defense, whose position was separated and assigned to the seventh section) of his Defense, the lawyer Massimo Viscusi.
In particular, the boy from Palermo was acquitted of the serious crime of aggravated defamation, while he was sentenced, with a suspended sentence, for the crime of threat, with an attached sentence to pay damages in favor of the journalist Claudia Marra and of the Rai Association (3.600 euros each), to be settled separately, and the legal costs.
The other boy from Capua was also acquitted on both counts.
This is the epilogue of the long criminal trial against the three boys, accused of aggravated defamation via Facebook and aggravated death threats against the Rai journalist of i Fatti Vostri hosted by Giancarlo Magalli, who was following the story of the three boys who disappeared and were killed in Mexico.
