Strike of workers of the Teatro San Carlo of Naples, cancelled the “Don Quixote of La Mancha” by Giovanni Paisiello scheduled for this evening, Sunday 28 May, at 19 pm. The Theatre announces that the comic opera will be cancelled and rescheduled for a date to be determined.
This is the third strike in a few days by theater workers, but it is the first case in which the stop determines the cancellation of a show. In the first case in fact, Pretty Yende and Nadine Sierra were performed with only piano accompaniment and without the theatre orchestra; on the occasion of the second strike, Maria Agresta he sang without a choir.
