IYesterday morning, during their territorial control service, officers from the General Prevention Office, passing through Vico Santa Caterina a Formiello on the corner of Via Cesare Rosaroll, noticed a man handing over a banknote to a person in exchange for something; at the sight of them, the man quickly walked away.
The police reached him and stopped him, finding him in possession of 14 packages containing approximately 3 grams of cocaine which the man had hidden in his mouth.
VC, a 44-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record, was arrested for dealing and possession with intent to deal in narcotics.
